Climbing from primary school, initially outdoors then at artificial walls, made me want to gain a Scout Association permit to take members climbing when I became a leader. I decided to do the Climbing Wall Award (inc abseil module) National Governing Body qualification. When I discovered I had done enough lead climbs to do the Climbing Wall Leading Award I went on to do this and the Foundation Coaching Award, then finally felt competent enough to take other people outdoors and completed the Single Pitch Award. I am currently a Scout Association single pitch supervisory permit holder, and assessor for artificial wall lead climbing and single pitch crags.

- introduction to indoor lead climbing
- climbing lessons/ coaching in any of the above
- refresher climbing sessions
- group climbing and abseiling sessions
