I have been involved with the Guide and Scout Associations since the age of 7 – gaining my Guide Association Young Leader Certificate and Scout Association Queen’s Scout Award, and also Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award. I am currently Assistant District Commissioner (Activities), County Assessor (Climbing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Rafting), and District Administrator.
My old uniforms and other things are now at The Story of Scouting and Guiding museum.
